Children are only to go to showers and toilets accompanied by an adult. The toilets and showers will be cleaned several times a day following the government guidelines.

It is your responsibility to follow the procedure,wash your hands, use your sanitizer and keep your distance.

Please follow the hand washing guidelines, whilst we will have this available on site we ask campers to also bring their own supplies of soap and sanitizer. Minimal toilet rolls will be available to avoid minimum contact also please bring extra with you.

Minimise contamination between campers, stay in your bubble and with your families/group.

Rubbish bins on the site will not be available, all rubbish to be put in the designated area which is off the campsite.

No gazebos,tents, chairs etc to be left on site.

Please leave the pitch as you find it.

Everyone must book in at reception before going onto the campsite.

There will be a screen in place, and everyone is expected to measure social distancing.

No day visitors this year.

Booking Terms and Conditions

Please read carefully our terms and conditions below. Upon booking a place at White Horse Campsite, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to ask you to leave at any point of your stay if the behaviour of any member of your party is unacceptable to us and no refund of monies will be paid.

You must vacate by 11.00 am on the day of departure and leave the pitch in a clean and tidy state. Arrival after midday unless previously requested to arrive early.

NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN EXCEPT UNDER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CANCELLATION PLAN.

The plan does not cover adverse weather conditions.

We will not be liable to any person visiting, for any personal injury, fatal or non fatal unless caused by a negligent act or omission by us.

We will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage to any property including, motor vehicles and personal effects, howsoever caused or sustained.

You must ensure children in your party are properly supervised at all times, in all areas of the farm.

If you bring a dog, this remains your responsibility at all times, must be on a lead and not left unattended.

Open fires are permitted off the ground, only to burn logs purchased from the farm. BBQ’s in the designated area.

Please respect other campers.

Once a booking has been confirmed by telephone, on the website or by email, the Visitor will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions and the general information contained on the confirmation email and on the website.

There are no lights in camping area, so please bring a torch with you.

Booking Conditions

Bookings can be made by:
- completing and returning our booking form by email
and
- paying the full amount by Bacs or posting a cheque made payable to Whitehorse Campsite

The person who signs the booking form is responsible for the booking and warrants that they are over 18 years of age and that the party will not exceed the numbers stated on the booking form.

We reserve the right to refuse any bookings. Group bookings are at our discretion.

Booking Contract

Your booking is provisional until we have received your completed booking form and payment and we have issued you with confirmation of your booking as per the details you have provided on your booking form.
Please let us know of any discrepancy as soon as possible and within 5 days of receiving confirmation.

The terms contained in this contract do not affect your statutory rights.
If we do not receive the full amount payable within 3-5 working days of confirming your booking, then we withold the right to cancel your reservation.

Cancellation by You

You may cancel your holiday at any time. Cancellation will be effective on the date it is received by us in writing or by email.
Cancellation charges are payable as follows.

If you cancel:

- before 1st July we will refund your full amount less £10 handling fee.

- after 1st July but more than 14 days before your holiday is due to start we will refund 50% your holiday payments.

- less than 14 days before your holiday is due to start no refunds will be given

Change or Cancellation of the Holiday by Us

If we are unable to provide the booked holiday and have had to cancel before the holiday is due to start, you are entitled to a full refund of the money you have paid, except where the cancellation or change arises from an unforeseeable or unusual occurrence outside our control such as natural or nuclear disaster, fire or terrorist activity. Crikey, let’s hope not.
